Responsible for welcoming casino resort guests in a warm, professional and friendly manner. Perform variety of nail care procedures. Perform daily check and inventory of supplies and equipment. Cleansing, masking, and massaging of hands, feet, and nails. Cuticle attention of softening, trimming, and pushing. Nail trimming, filing and buffing. Identification of fungus, bunions (treatment and special clean up for fungus). Nail painting for both hand and foot nails. Callous filing and removal. Responsibilities to include clean-up and maintenance of product (retail and dispensary), supplies and equipment (pedicure thrones and manicure station).Inventory of nail salon dispensary and retail products and supplies. Customer service skills in attending to needs of client both specific and non specific through greeting, treatment, and conclusion. Assist client pre and post service. Up-sell additional treatments, products, services to client. Maintain a clean work area and assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the spa. Assist receptionists on attending to clients? needs. Assist in proper maintenance and housekeeping standards of surrounding spa areas such as fitness, locker rooms, whirlpool area, and saunas. Provide guests a thorough and accurate tour of the facility. Perform daily supply and equipment checks, maintain equipment and supply log books. Maintain confidentiality of all guests. Must regularly lift and /or move up to 100 pounds. Valid cosmetology license issued by the State board; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
