Job Summary:

•Recruit and enroll prospective students. Prospective student leads are delivered to Admissions through a myriad of marketing efforts. NO cold calling required. •Conduct daily interviews and calls, monitor enrollment activities and update lead tracking status. •Review programs, host group forums or private appointments, and tour facility with prospective students. •Discuss accreditation, placement assistance, and student services with each prospective student. •Supervise student enrollment application process. •Manage prospective student lead database. •Provide lead and quota status reports as needed.

Requirements:

•A Bachelor Degree is preferred; however we will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education, experience or training. •1-2 years successful sales experience in a goal orientated environment •Proven telephone appointment setting, interviewing, closing, and follow-up skills. •Effective communication and customer service. •Electric telephone personality •Highly organized •Dynamic people skills •Professional image •The ability to work a flexible schedule, as evening and Saturday work when required.
